Go and Play GREEN TC – summary
2 volunteers of Eastern Theatre, Maryia and Ruth, participated in Training course titled 'GO and PLAY GREEN’ hosted by Europa2020 Association in Mollina in Spain. Project was founded by European Union Erasmus+ programme.

Below we present a short summary described by our participants.
DAY 1
We started the project with interactive stations where participants shaped their experience from the very start setting group rules, sharing expectations, choosing their secret friends, creating international meal courses, trying origami, and more.
The second part of the morning was all about Youth pass competences. After meeting the famous “ICTSTDFAEPASILSNAMS”, participants rotated between competences, reflecting on what each one means to them in their own way.
AFTERNOON
After started after presenting the classic Top 10 game, followed by our first dive into the EntreComp world. It all began with the mysterious “dead entrepreneur” sparking ideas on what makes a true entrepreneur.
Participants then explored 15 competences across 3 areas, connecting them through a domino effect to discover their own “final answer”. Intense, dynamic, and super engaging!
And the day was wrapped up with preparations for trip in Cordoba!
DAY 2
We started the day with a trip to Córdoba, where participants visited INJUVE and took part in an interactive NGO Fair. Each group showcased their organization, shared ideas, and worked on spreading the impact of their work.
After the workshop, we explored the beautiful city of Córdoba with a short-guided tour, followed by some free time to discover hidden corners, and enjoy the local atmosphere.
DAY 3
We started off the day with our Top 10 activity, setting the tone for the day. Participants then started their first workshop building business ideas by combining random types of entrepreneurship with sustainability.
Results were super innovative ideas and amazing engagement.
After presenting that, we moved into a World Café workshop focused on gamification as a learning tool. Through topics like hackathons, roleplay, digital tools, and escape rooms, participants explored new methods they can bring back to their work.
The day continued with an interactive business game where participants went through all stages of creating a business from idea to design. Solving challenges, connecting resources, and building their final product.
We also covered an important topic reimbursement and helped participants to understand the process behind project logistics. This was followed by a calming yoga session with Emrah, a spiritual and peaceful way to slow down after an intense working day. We ended the day with an intercultural night.
DAY 4
Lights, camera, action!
Participants spent the morning creating videos around good and bad habits in everyday life from home to vacations and weddings.
Divided into teams, they explored both eco-friendly practices and not-so-great habits, bringing creativity, humor, and strong messages into their work.
After a creative morning, we shifted focus to understanding Erasmus+ opportunities from small projects to bigger initiatives and volunteering paths. Participants explored how they can connect them to their ideas and future collaborations.
The session was enriched by personal stories, as some participants shared their own experiences and insights. We wrapped up the day with a relaxed karaoke night.
DAY 5
We started the day with a dynamic simulation Alpha City! Each participant took on a different role, navigating the system with one main goal: reaching the mayor’s office.
A mix of strategy, communication, and a bit of chaos made this activity both exciting and memorable.
In the afternoon, we wrapped up our final activities and enjoyed some well-deserved free time and a chance to relax, reflect, and soak in the last moments together.
The day ended with a special dinner followed by the presentation of the videos created the day before full of creativity, humor, and meaningful messages.
We closed everything with the Youthpass “See you later alligator” ceremony, a beautiful and emotional ending to an unforgettable experience.
